In this bleak mid-winter, we are looking forward to warmer times. Our Apache peppers are so hot that even one seed will make you weep. After taming the delicious Apachies in our original Chilli Pepper Jam, we have another hot treat… We dried some of our F1 Apache peppers and submerged them in the finest olive oil for two weeks. Result: Hot Chilli Oil!
Put two drops on your pizza and it will scream, “Somebody please help me!”
